I’ve had some bad experiences with dispensaries before— employees can be rude or unhelpful. These people are so friendly, always giving suggestions and helping you decide what you want. I love being able to order on the IPad as well. Tate was helping me and he was super friendly and professional!!

Matt helped to refund an accidental (and pricey ) purchase mistake. It was resolved very quickly

This is one of my go to dispensaries in Somerville! Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I have both ordered ahead for pick up and walked in. The product prices are always reasonable (i shop for flower and carts), with great specials/bundles too!

As a first-time customer who will be happily returning, I was very impressed by and appreciative of the top-notch friendliness and professionalism of Samantha! She is great, and a wonderful ambassador for The Goods!
