What You'll Do

As a budtender at The Goods, you'll:

• Welcome and guide guests through their cannabis journey
• Share your knowledge about our carefully curated product selection
• Process orders with attention and care
• Help maintain our welcoming, organized space
• Contribute to our positive, community-focused environment

What Makes You Great

• You're detail-oriented and take pride in your work
• You have 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• You're 21 or older and able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

This role requires you to:

• Be comfortable standing and moving around for up to 6 hours
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Occasionally handle items up to 50 pounds
• Have good vision for detail work
